Rome, August 28 (AFP) - Two mites and flies the size of a few millimeters, dating back to the Triassic period, dating back to more than 230 million years ago, were found perfectly preserved in amber droplets found in the Dolomites, near Cortina d ' Ampezzo. This was revealed by an international study carried out by the Institute of geosciences and earth resources of the National Research Council (CNR-Igg) and the University of Padua, in collaboration with the University of Göttingen and the Museum of Natural History in New York, and published in PNAS - Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences....... http://www.thivest.com/?page=1
