Starting a business involves risks and uncertainties, especially at a time so unfavorable economic. The report " European Cities Monitor ", prepared by Cushman & Wakefield , is a useful tool in this sense, it indicates the European cities where it is more convenient to open a business . The survey, now in its twenty-second edition, takes advantage of the contribution of 500 senior executives in over 36 cities in nine states of the Old Continent. The parameters that affected more in the evaluations were the ease of access to markets , the availability of human resources and good quality telecommunications .

London , Paris and Frankfurt will reveal the best cities in which to plant a business and keep this record continuously since 1990, when the report was presented for the first time. The other two positions of the top five changes, with Amsterdam and Berlin to replace Barcelona and Brussels , slipped to sixth and eighth, respectively.
